EXTENDED Through JAN 2010..Wag’n
Tails Announces “We Pay First”
To help get
your mobile grooming business
established, Wag’n Tails will
make your first monthly vehicle
payment for you! Wag’n Tails is
extending the “We Pay First”
promotion through JANUARY 2010).
Starting October 1 and
continuing until January 31,
2010, we’ll make your first
monthly payment (up to $1400.00)
on any new Wag’n Tails Pet Pro
Van, Pet Stylist Elite,
Endurance Sprinter or Wag’n
Tails Trailer!
It makes no difference if you
finance with us through Ford
Commercial Credit, one of our
other excellent lenders or if
you use your own finance source
because…We Pay First!
However, if you choose to
finance through us with Ford
Commercial Credit, this offer
gets even better--your first
payment won’t be due for 75 days
because…We Pay First!
How does that work? Easy. Years
ago, Wag’n Tails negotiated a 45
day payment deferment from the
date of the Ford Commercial
Credit purchase contract to
allow our owners time to
generate grooming revenue before
any payment is due.
In most cases, the Ford
Commercial Credit purchase
contract is signed a week or two
prior to your vehicle being
delivered. When we make that
first monthly payment at 45
days, you have another 30 for a
total of 75 days because…We Pay
First!
Why does Ford Commercial Credit
do this for Wag’n Tails
customers? Because of the
excellent working relationship
we have with them and since our
owners get such great business
support from us, the first
payment is delayed 45 days after
the purchase contract is signed.
That 45 day delay is our normal
arrangement with Ford Commercial
Credit but we are extending it
another 30 days because…We Pay
First!
And remember this—you finance
the Wag’n Tails conversion and
the van or trailer as one
complete package. We don’t make
you finance the van, make
payments on it and insure it
while we convert it. It’s all
taken care of in one easy
transaction.
All you need to do is put down a
small production deposit in
October; have your Wag’n Tails
built within our normal 4-6 week
production time frame and take
delivery of your new Wag’n Tails
when it is completed. We’ll send
you a check equal to your first
monthly payment and that’s all
there is to it because…We Pay
First!
There’s no smoke, no mirrors, no
muss, no fuss, just a straight
up deal you expect from the
mobile grooming industry leader…Wag’n
Tails.
To see if you qualify, complete
our secure, on-line credit
application or do it from our
home page at www.wagntails.com.
Either way you choose to apply,
we’ll call you back as soon as
we can with your financing
options.
Fine print stuff (But in normal
size type): Offer expires
1/31/10. Production deposit must
be received between 10/1 and
1/31/10. First monthly payment
amount and due date must be
documented by copy of executed
purchase contract with lender.
First monthly payment amount
must be equal to or less than
remaining installment payments
on the contract. Wag’n Tails
will provide buyer with a check
made payable to the buyer for
the amount of the actual first
payment up to $1400.00. Buyer is
responsible for cashing the
Wag’n Tails check and making the
payment to the lender. “We Pay
First” can not be combined with
other Wag’n Tails promotional
offers.

Encore Set For November 9-10, 2009 at the
Wag’n Tails facilities. Attendee Feedback
From August Seminar Requested Two Day Format
For More Depth.
Granger, Indiana September 1, 2009
Due to
demand for another seminar to be held, Wag’n
Tails Mobile Grooming Conversions in
Granger, Indiana and founder Dina Perry,
America’s top mobile grooming expert added
another in depth, two day mobile grooming
seminar experience to the schedule for 2009.
Identical in content to the August seminar,
the encore seminar has been reformatted to a
two day event in response to feedback from
previous attendees’ desire for more time to
focus on certain areas in even greater
depth. Wag’n Tails is long known for
listening to their customers and responding
to their needs.
Attendees will be given an intimate tour of
Wag’n Tails state of the art manufacturing
facilities to see the vans in the various
stages of construction. There will also be
completely finished models for them to
examine closely.
Perry, awarded “Groomer of the Century” by
the Cardinal Crystal Awards, operated a very
successful 22 unit, 3 county mobile grooming
business and has been deeply involved in the
mobile grooming industry since 1975.
“This is an educational opportunity that you
just can’t get anywhere else-from anyone
else” remarked Dennis Gnetz, Wag’n Tails
president.
Perry’s seminar ties the entire mobile
grooming business model together in a two
day format designed to inform and enlighten
the attendee like no other seminar-and no
other presenter can. Perry has “been there
and done that” and will share all of her
expertise.
“People ask me what type of person can
benefit from this seminar. I tell them
anyone considering mobile pet grooming,
anyone mobile now that is considering
expanding their business, anyone mobile
grooming that needs to be re-energized or
anyone thinking of adding mobile grooming to
a shop, boarding facility, day care or other
pet related business” Perry said.
Comments from a participant that attended in
August said that Dina’s seminar has “given
me the confidence to take it to the next
level.” Another said she “enjoyed the tour
of the assembly plant plus I gained lots of
good information and ideas to add to my
business as soon as I get home.” Yet another
attendee wrote “There’s one word that comes
to mind when I think about Wag’n
Tails…Excellent!” A shop owner said “I found
this seminar extremely valuable to my future
goals. For 25 years I’ve been the owner of a
very busy shop and I’m ready to transition
into mobile grooming.”
The cost of the seminar is $199 per person
but if any attendee purchases a new Wag’n
Tails van or trailer within 90 days after
the seminar, Wag’n Tails will refund the
seminar cost plus up to $300 in travel
expense reimbursement.
Seminar participants keep the 145 page
seminar workbook to use as a resource for
handling any mobile grooming situation.
If attendees want to make a mini vacation
out of the trip to the seminar, Wag’n Tails
can direct them to nearby indoor water
parks, Amish Acres attractions and shopping,
hot air balloon rides, winery tours, casinos
and much, much more.
Register by calling Jenny at 800-513-0304.
Wag’n Tails will provide a list of area
hotels and airlines that fly into the nearby
South Bend Regional Airport.
Perry’s seminar is limited to 30 attendees
maximum.

Huber Pineda Wins Wag’n Tails Endurance
Sprinter Grooming Van in “GROOMER HAS IT”
Season 2 Reality Show
Pineda Launching His Mobile Grooming
Business in Hollywood

Granger, Indiana, August 7, 2009--Huber
Pineda recently earned the title of “Groomer
of the Year” by the judges on “The Groomer
Has It” reality television show season 2 on
the Animal Planet network.
Pineda recently took delivery of the grand
prize, a brand new Wag’n Tails Mobile
Conversions Endurance Sprinter grooming van.
The Wag’n Tails Endurance is the greenest
grooming van available today because it uses
hybrid power to operate the grooming salon
in the form of a battery/inverter system
combined with a highly durable, fuel sipping
diesel generator. “Our Endurance maximizes
efficiency without sacrificing power and
productivity” said Wag’n Tails President,
Dennis Gnetz. “Huber will be super efficient
in terms of fuel economy. He’ll be just as
productive as he would be in a grooming shop
because the generator will provide him all
the power he needs to operate the high
velocity dryer and other high powered
equipment we put in every Wag’n Tails” Gnetz
added.
“Delivering new vans to happy owners is the
best part of my job” said John Stockman,
Wag’n Tails National Sales Manager. “But
this delivery was extra special for Huber
and for me. I’ve never seen anyone that was
more excited or happier than he was. He was
just so thrilled to see his new Endurance”
said Stockman.
Pineda just attended Wag’n Tails founder,
Dina Perry’s comprehensive mobile grooming
business seminar at Wag’n Tails
headquarters. He found the experience to be
invaluable in launching his new business in
Hollywood. “It was very informative and I’m
very glad I attended. This will make my
business successful faster and it has really
boosted my confidence. Thank you for
everything Wag’n Tails!”
Pineda plans to start his business in
Hollywood soon. “I’m looking forward to
getting this beautiful van on the road. I
will be taking full advantage of all the
wonderful support Wag’n Tails offers all of
their clients!” he said.

“given me the confidence to take it to the
next level.” Another said she “enjoyed the

my business as soon as I get home.” Yet
another kind attendee wrote “There’s one
word that comes to mind when I think about
Wag’n Tails…Excellent!” One shop owner said
“I found this seminar extremely valuable to
my future goals. For 25 years I’ve been the
owner of a very busy shop and I’m ready to
transition into mobile grooming.”
The attendees came from all over the United
States to spend the day learning the ins and

THE
WAG’N TAILS STORE OPENS FOR BUSINESS TODAY!
Wag’n Tails Store is Open to All Mobile
Grooming Vehicle Owners Regardless of
Grooming Vehicle Manufacturer
Granger, Indiana, June 16, 2009
Wag’n
Tails has opened their online parts web
site, The Wag’n Tails Store, to all grooming
vehicle owners everywhere-including owners
of home-built vehicles and those made by
other vehicle converters! Since many of the
parts available for sale in the Wag’n Tails
Store can be used on virtually any grooming
van, all owners now have an easy to use
location to order parts for their grooming
vans.
“The
site has been undergoing Beta testing for
several months through our Wag’n Tails Den”
said Customer Care Manager Jamie Hahn. The
Wag’n Tails Den is a password protected
website available only to Wag’n Tails owners
that had included the store in addition to
maintenance hints, groomer tips specific to
Wag’n Tails owners and business advice
articles. The Den will continue with the
“owners only” information but the Wag’n
Tails Store has been moved out of the
password protected area. “The Beta test went
very smoothly so we are now rolling it out
to anyone needing parts for their mobile
grooming vehicle” Hahn added.
Wag’n
Tails President, Dennis Gnetz commented that
“since most mobile groomers have to search
out sources like RV dealerships and other
specialty outlets for parts, we wanted all
grooming vehicle owners to have one place
they can trust to get them the right parts
at a fair price.” Gnetz also said that “the
Wag’n Tails Store is on a secure server so
groomers can feel safe ordering with a
credit card. I want everyone to know that no
credit card information is retained after
the order is processed. Also, the Wag’n
Tails Store shoppers have a variety of
shipping options from ground to overnight”.
Hahn
added that he is “looking forward to giving
non-Wag’n Tails van owners a taste of our
famous customer service. For instance, most
orders received Monday through Friday ship
the same day. That level of service may be
something they aren’t used to but it’s
common around here!”
The
Wag’n Tails Store has plumbing, electrical
and other products to choose from. The store
is stocked with over 75 different items like
water pumps, generators and generator
maintenance parts, air conditioners,
batteries, dryer hoses, and Wag’n Tails
wildly popular 3-n-1 grooming table. Hahn
asks everyone interested to “come by and
browse anytime because we will be adding
more and more items to the Wag’n Tails Store
soon!”
To
access the Wag’n Tails Store, go to
www.wagntails.com and click on the big
pink paw print labeled “The Wag’n Tails
Store” in the lower left corner of the home
page to see all that is available. The store
is open 24 hours per day, seven days per
week with shipping available M-F from 8 AM
to 5 PM excluding major holidays.

Season 2 Winner of “GROOMER HAS IT” Reality
Show Earns Wag'n Tails Greenest Grooming Van
Wag’n Tails Endurance Sprinter Is Grand
Prize
Granger, Indiana—March 20, 2009—Wag’n
Tails Mobile Conversions is supplying the
grand prize to the 2nd season’s winner of
“Groomer Has It”, a reality pet grooming
competition show on Animal Planet. The
Endurance is a completely self-contained,
fully equipped grooming salon on wheels that
operates with an inverter/battery system
that requires zero fuel usage during most of
the grooming process. It is also equipped
with a super quiet diesel generator for
operating the high amperage equipment like
the high velocity dryer and the air
conditioner. The van itself never has to
idle for heating, cooling or to operate the
grooming salon! The Dodge Sprinter van
that the Endurance is built on gets
excellent fuel mileage itself, making the
Endurance the greenest grooming van
available today.
“When we were offered the opportunity to
sign on again this season, we didn’t have to
think about it for long” said Wag’n Tails
President Dennis Gnetz. “We loved the show
last year and we were extremely happy how
everything is working out for last years
winner of the Wag’n Tails Pet Stylist Elite,
Artist Knox.” Knox will be starring in
another Animal Planet series, “Beverly Hills
Groomer” which is a spin off from Groomer
Has It. This series will follow Knox as he
grooms his way through the Beverly Hills
neighborhoods in his Wag’n Tails Pet Stylist
Elite.
Dina Perry, founder of Wag’n Tails commented
“Last year’s show was a big success for
Animal Planet and Wag’n Tails is happy to
contribute to making the second season even
more successful!” “We are excited to be a
part of this fun show for another year.” she
added.
In addition to the Endurance green grooming
van, Wag’n Tails will provide this season’s
winner--just as they provided for Knox and
all the other 1300 plus Wag’n Tails
clients--the support necessary to launch,
grow and succeed in the mobile pet grooming

ARTIST KNOX PRESENTED WITH HIS WAG’N TAILS
PET STYLIST ELITE MOBILE GROOMING VAN
“Groomer Has It” Winner Officially Joins the
Wag’n Tails Family of Groomers
Los Angeles, California—July 28,
2008—Dina Perry, Wag’n Tails founder and the
Cardinal Crystal Awards’ “Groomer of the
Century” was on hand to present Artist Knox
with the keys to his Wag’n Tails Pet Stylist
Elite mobile grooming vehicle. Knox was the
winner of the “Groomer Has It” reality show
shown on Animal Planet.
“All of us in the Wag’n Tails family are so
happy for Artist” said Perry. “We change
lives one groomer at a time every day at
Wag’n Tails but this one is truly special!
Artist has set lofty goals and we know he
will be a great success story. His
indomitable spirit is an inspiration to the
profession and we are honored to play a
small role in helping him put his dreams in
motion.” she added. “Our entire staff has
enjoyed working with him and they have all
told me what an exceptional person he is”
she concluded.
Just like all Wag’n Tails owners, Artist is
completing his work with Wag’n Tails
Creative Services to form his own unique
brand. His trademark has been developed into
an exterior graphics package that has become
his rolling billboard to grab attention and
bring in new clients to his mobile business.
“Artist is a unique individual and we came
up with an exciting brand and graphics
package. He will get noticed” said Jason
Overhulser, Wag’n Tails Creative Services
Manager. Wag’n Tails is also providing
Artist with the tried and true marketing and
advertising consulting they’ve been
modifying and refining down to a science
over their 30 plus year history.
The entire Wag’n Tails staff is working with
Artist to set up his business. Dennis Gnetz,
Wag’n Tails President said “We are
completing our normal business start up
consulting with Artist. Just like all of our
other customers, we spend a great deal of
time helping get them started. Sales and
marketing, business planning, routing,
scheduling—everything under the mobile
grooming banner we provide our customers
help with. And Artist is certainly no
exception. As Artist is learning, we do so
much more than sell vans! Every Wag’n Tails
family member knows that our strength is
service after the sale. Whether it’s
business consulting or vehicle attention, we
further differentiate ourselves from the
rest with outstanding customer care. It’s
our mantra and that will never change!”
added Gnetz.
“Wag’n Tails is wonderful to work with.
Everyone on their staff kept in constant
contact and answered every question I had
and man, I had some!” said Knox. “Lou was a
great help in getting my business plan
completed and Jason in graphics was a real
pleasure to work with. Every member of the
staff helped me with their area of expertise
and Dennis checked in to make sure I was
being well taken care of.” He added. “I
thought I was getting special VIP treatment
and it was unbelievably helpful. I learned
that they treat every single one of their
customers like they treated me!
UNBELIEVABLE! What a great company to do
business with! Dina Perry came to my
house-right into The Hood to deliver my Pet
Stylist Elite and now I’m grooming in The
Hood!” he concluded.
Artist will be attending Dina Perry’s

vehicle owners started enjoying free
publicity from the Wag’n Tails’ website via
the groomer locator.
Always wanting to drive
business to customers, this locator has been
exceedingly well received, especially by new
businesses. “We receive 5-10 calls a day
from someone looking for a mobile groomer,”
explained Dennis Gnetz, president of Wag’n
Tails. “Pet owners will search the web for a
mobile groomer and our name and phone number
pops up, so they call us. We explain that we
are the manufacturer of the grooming vans,
not the groomer. Our receptionist instructs
the pet owner to find the locator (if not
readily visible on their monitor) and tells
them to enter their zip code.” If a Wag’n
Tails’ customer is in the zip code area,
then the business name and phone number are
displayed as well as the distance from the
pet owner to the mobile grooming business.
Josny Bustamante, owner of
Exclusive Pet Grooming in Homestead, FL
said, "The Wag'n Tails' groomer locator
really helped me getting my mobile business
started. My biggest concern when I was
beginning my business was where to get
clients. The Wag'n Tails web site has really
helped me when I needed it most."
Shaffia Galis-Menendez, Best
of Breed Grooming, echoes Bustamante's
sentiments. "The groomer locator is
excellent. I've added new clients to
complete my bookings that were from the
Wag'n Tails website. It's great how Wag'n
Tails continues to provide more and more
value for us even after we buy our vans.
Thanks Wag'n Tails!" Galis-Menendez has had
her mobile grooming unit for a few years as
well as her stationary salon in Bellville,
NJ.
There are many benefits to
being a Wag’n Tails’ customer, and the
groomer locator is the latest support Wag’n
Tails gives to its customers after the sale.
The groomer locator enables immediate
contact from pet owner to groomer. “We took
our existing customer database and put it to
good use,” continued Gnetz. “This is a prime
opportunity for us to support our customers
after the sale, via this locator at no cost
to them. We want all of our customers to be
successful and this is one great way we can
help.”

Wag’n Tails Mobile Conversion Introduces All New
Endurance Grooming Van
Hybrid Power
generation system makes Endurance the most fuel
efficient Mobile Grooming Van on the market
Granger, Indiana, October 24, 2007—Wag’n Tails
Mobile Conversions announces the release of their
newest mobile grooming van, the Endurance. Designed
with the “Hybrid Power” generation system as
standard equipment, the Endurance is the most fuel
efficient mobile grooming van on the market today.
The Endurance is built on the Dodge Sprinter 3500
with the 170" wheelbase, dual rear wheels and the
high roof chassis. The Sprinter van is equipped with
the fuel efficient 3.0 liter turbocharged diesel
engine. The Wag’n Tails conversion utilizes the Onan
8000 Quiet Diesel generator mated to the 2000 watt,
pure sine wave Equinox inverter to efficiently power
all the grooming equipment and related components.
This
generator/inverter hybrid system allows the groomer
to power the high amperage demand appliances like
dryers and air conditioners with the generator and
operate the low amp items like clippers and lights
with batteries powered through the inverter. The
hybrid system includes an automatic generator start
to recharge the 100% maintenance free Absorbed Glass
Mat (AGM) batteries whenever low battery power is
sensed by the system.
According to Dennis Gnetz, Wag’n Tails President,
“Our goal was to maximize fuel economy without
sacrificing power and productivity. With this
system, we fully met that goal and with the diesel
generator, we’ve also reduced maintenance costs and
improved reliability significantly.”
Wag’n Tails began this project in late 2006 with a
clean sheet of paper. “We threw out all of our
preconceived notions of what is being done now and
started over,” Gnetz added. “We looked at everything
with a fresh perspective, from the van chassis to
the power supply to even the grooming table. It was
an excellent growth experience for the Wag’n Tails
team and we couldn’t be more pleased with the
result. The Endurance is truly one of a kind.
Endurance establishes a new paradigm in the mobile
grooming industry,” Gnetz said.
One important factor Wag’n Tails took into
consideration was whether to use the chassis engine
to heat and cool the van as well as to heat water
for pet bathing. “When we take on a project of this
magnitude,” Gnetz explained, “we are extraordinarily
thorough in our research. As it turned out, Chrysler
actually made this decision for us. During our
research we discovered that engine idling puts major
stress on the emissions system. In fact, we learned
that the emissions system carries a 3000 hour
warranty limit that would be exceeded in less than
18 months if we used the engine for these
applications. We quickly decided to stay with the
tried and true methods to air condition and heat
water for the Endurance. With the Quiet Diesel
generator sipping fuel at around six tenths of a
gallon per hour at a typical load compared to
running the 3.0 liter V6 van engine, we have
maximized fuel efficiency in every aspect of the
grooming day.”
Wag’n Tails founder Dina Perry noted, "The fuel
savings with the hybrid power system during three of
the four stages of the grooming process is
impressive. The majority of time during the grooming
process such as initial clipping, bathing and
finishing require inverter operation only. When you
have a full coated Standard Poodle that needs to be
dried, the Onan 8000 Quiet Diesel generator requires
no sacrifice in productivity. It will easily operate
the powerful 17 amp, two-motor high velocity dryer
necessary to finish the job quickly.” She concluded
that the “Onan 8000 generator also enables our
customers to run a 2nd dryer at the same time as the
primary dryer. That’s critical when utilizing the
2nd grooming station.”
Because inverter/battery only systems can’t provide
enough power to operate high powered grooming
equipment efficiently or power air conditioners,
Wag’n Tails looked to Cummins Onan for a “Hybrid
Power” generation system. “With the close support of
the engineering staff at Cummins Onan, we were able
to develop the ideal blend of generator and inverter
power for the Endurance. We are truly excited to be
using this application in our latest Wag’n Tails
grooming vehicle,” said Chuck Perry, Wag’n Tails
Vice President. “When you combine all that with a
nationwide network of authorized Onan service
centers for the generator and the inverter you have
a combination that can’t be beat,” he added.
The Endurance also comes standard with the new Wag’n
Tails 3-n-1 electric grooming table that swivels 360
degrees, lowers to only 18" but rises to 44" high,
and includes an integrated bridge to move the larger
breeds between the table and tub.
Highlights of the nearly 70 standard features in the
Endurance include 70 gallon fresh and 70 gallon gray
water tanks, huge storage compartments, 16 gauge
stainless steel tub, 13,500 BTU, low profile air
conditioner, 2 large tinted windows in the grooming
area and a 2nd grooming station/desk.

In
1975 Mobile Grooming was in its infancy. About the only
way to “Go Mobile” was to design and build a unit
yourself. That’s exactly what we did and we’ve been
building them every since! With over 32 years of mobile
grooming experience we are true pioneers in the mobile
pet grooming industry. Over the years we have watched as
this segment of Pet Grooming has grown extremely
popular. The basic mobile shops of yester-year have been
replaced with a trend toward fancy and exorbitantly
expensive mobile salons. Our economy-minded philosophy
has always been to keep your overhead low so that more
profits belong to the business owner. There should be no
need to spend ten upon tens of thousands of dollars to
have a modern, efficient, comfortable and classy looking
unit.
The Better Business Bureau sites one reason for
early business failure as “high debt”. So to accelerate
your chances for success you should strive to own a low
cost, efficient trailer such as ours to meet this
sensible goal. It’s fully equipped, compact and
lightweight with plenty of top quality components.
Please take a few minutes to research what we have to
offer and then contact us and let us help make your
dreams a reality for less cost than you thought
possible.
